“2012 The Last Entries” – A review
8 CommentsEach month I receive a lot of book, videos and other products related to 2012. The authors, publishers, producers and creators of these items send them to me for a number of reasons. Some are gifts of appreciation for my efforts in getting the word out about the coming events, most are sent to be included as part of our monthly product give-a-way and still others are sent with the hopes that I will write a positive review about the item. Although I don’t have the time or resources to personally evaluate and write a review on every item I get, every once in a while I do receive something that jumps out at me and I feel compelled to let others know about it.
A few weeks back I received a book entitled “2012 The Last Entries”. It’s a short book only a 140 pages. After opening the package, I immediately read the back cover as I often do to get an idea of what the book is about. That immediately sparked my interest, so out of curiosity I then read the last page of the book. After reading the last page, I thought to myself, “how in the hell could someone end a book like that?”
“2012 The Last Entries” is a book of fictional journal entries kept by six very different people in the year 2012. Beginning in January you get to know each of the six people sharing their stories with their personal diary entries. You quickly learn who they are, what they believe, and what they see in the towns they live in. As the year progresses, many strange climatic events occur in various parts of the world; each person giving their own account as they witness many terrible events first hand. The disasters have caused a chain reaction in their lives, food shortages, power outages, and loss of communication with the outside world.
As you read through the individual journal entries you begin to question your own ability to face what could be the final days of your life. What would you do? Where would you run and how would you react? You quickly become aware of some people’s inability to face impending doom and you understand the decisions that no mother should have to make.
I have read this book twice and will more then likely read it again between now and December 21 2012. For more information about “2012 The Last Entries”, visit their website at www.2012thelastentries.com or you can order the book here.

2012 really is an interesting topic. I started my own site and a companion blog about it. I like the comments on this blog. Any feedback is welcome. I try to present an objective viewpoint and position it as a starting point for the topic. It can be found at http://www.2012endofdays.org. The companion blog is http://www.2012endofdays.com.

Thanks for the review. I think I’ll wait a bit for the price to drop before I buy one though

If any book is worth the price, it is this one! I was leary at first but I’ve been reading some great reviews and word is spreading about this little book. I could not put it down when I got it, I glanced through it like most people do and I was so curious I had to sit down and read it cover to cover. I’ve actually read it twice now and plan on reading it again and again. The book is chilling, it will actually terrify you!
The movie is nothing compared to this book, yes it has expensive special effects but little to no real meaning. 2012: The Last Entries is ironic and very realistic. There’s no way you wont come away from this book wanting a little more, having empathy for the characters while secretly thinking that you personally know at least one of the characters, and hoping that what happens in this book is not the same for you and your loved ones when the time comes.

Michael you can try visiting the authors site http://www.2012TheLastEntries.com sometimes they have specials that you can buy a copy for less! That’s how I got my copy and they even signed it for me!
I loved the book, I was so involved with it that I couldn’t put it down until I had it finished!!
I would recommend this book to everyone, not just 2012 enthusiast. It’s a great book and I love to support local authors and anyone who’s not so famous that their on Oprah’s book club just because of their name and certainly not because of talent!

Hello. I have just begun to see what others are posting about the 2012 earth shift. I was borne an indigo and since I recently turned 30 I have really begun to share my spiritual gifts. I have recently received a few messages from above (call it what you want, but the source told me they are higher level beings from a dimension of pure love) regarding the 2012 earth shift. No dooms day stuff guys! Just a shift in our consciousness. It has already begun. You can see the detailed messages I received during a trance like state. I documented the messages in written form as they came to me and posted the exact messages on my website. Click on 2012 earth shift at http://www.kellieroy.com I will continue to post any new messages I receive on my site.
